I visited the shop in order to engage in a transaction involving an exchange of goods or services. The sales representative demonstrated exceptional proficiency. The store's manager, Maria in Las Vegas, exhibited unfriendly, unwelcoming, and rude behavior. The manager shown a lack of compassion for my skin irritation caused by the fragrance, and proceeded to abruptly end the conversation, walking away while bidding farewell. It seemed as if she had a reluctance to be inconvenienced. She spoke with me in a manner that disregarded my professional status and failed to acknowledge the benefits she could provide me as an existing client.
