We attended a very boring time share trick and didn't purchase anything but did get a trip to San Diego which we very much enjoyed. We then got another "Vacation Package" offer in the mail for a trip to Las Vegas so I purchased that one. I have been calling them and waiting on hold indefinitely during exclusively "expensive cell phone minutes" - who has a land line with unlimited long distance calling and who wants to wait on hold all day anyway - most of us DO work after all. So I e-mailed them with a promise that they would return my e-mail in three business days - twice with no response yet. We are supposed to make our reservation in advance and they are making it impossible to do that. Obviously we can't go until we make the reservation and we paid good money for this. If and when we actually get to take the trip or get a refund (doubtful), we will NEVER do this again. If we want a trip to Las Vegas we will just do our own planning. I was looking forward to the next trip too - what a fool I am...

Get your refund! Call your own CC company. They're so afraid to get a charge back! Here's more info for you: Those rude and lies " for FREE" presentations are came in from a satelite office own by Shaun Melville. That's the type of people that he managed and hired! Rude and just came out of jail sales people. He even let an employee brought a baby to work and was cursing loudly while one other employee was talking to a client.
