Arrived Tuesday Jun 8 2021 at Lowe's pick up to retrieve my order
Waited 60 minutes
Called several times, talked to an operator 4 times after incredibly long wait
after an hour an employee came out and told me that the bags of potting soil I wanted to pick up are out of stock
I was not pleased and left
Now I see that you billed me for items I have not received.
I am expecting a prompt and full reimbursement of my money $101.36!
Not only is your "service" aggravating but now it is fraudulent. Or let's just say I hope that it was an error. Plus it is just impossible to get anybody from customer pickup on the phone.
I sincerely hope that you will settle this issue immediately, you obviously have my card# on file and can transfer my money to my account.
What is your answer?
