Last year we took out Alfa see ya to Camping World, in Albuquerque, NM to get some items checked. It came back stating that the touch pad for auto level was bad and need replaced, along with ac thermostat, the bedroom slide out motor needed to be replaced, and lastly the inverter needed to be changed new due to draining of battery. We were told it would take about 2 months due to covid. We said ok that was fine, we have time off from work so that could work. We called to see an eta on our camper, and we were told our account was transferred to another associate and they would reach out. We heard nothing from them. We kept calling and leaving messages, finally a gentleman called us back and side he would be in charge of account. Tried getting a hold of him and nothing, then again we would get another person on our account. Each time we had to explain what happened and go over it all again and again, It's as if no one keeps notes or report on what is going on. So finally we got a hold of the last rep and she said that due to it being a while we would have to start the process over with extended warranty and get the approval again! No way. I was pissed. Then they kept stating they couldn't find parts, but I told the first lady where to get them because they no longer make my unit. I researched and found a place (doing their job) and gave the website. Each of the items that I needed, they had. I asked how long the shipping would be and they said a week out. So why the hell does camping world still have my camper and it's almost a 9months? I travel for work and use my camper as a home. I had to try and find another camper and shell out 9k just so I can have a place to live. They have made it hard for us for living. The current camper is not in working order now. We can not afford to keep this up. We are paying this camper and also insurance and another place to stay. We can not keep going on and are in search of a lawyer. This has cost us a lot of money. To this day, October 4th, they still have not fixed anything. Do not go to camping world.
Desired outcome: we would like reimbursement for the camper we had to purchase and our unit back fixed like promised.
