Hi-
We purchase a Pella 250 Series, sliding door on 8/12/2020. This was to be the start of our kitchen remodel. It was approximately at 8 weeks, we began to inquire on the status of the delivery. We were told due to COVID-19 every had been delayed. Delivery occurred on 11/1/20. I noticed at the time of deliver that there had been damage to the moving door of the slider. Both driver and helper were aware and notified the office on our behalf at the time of the delivery. We were told that a replacement door would be issued. We have contacted Pella 4 times to inquire on the delivery status. Each time the person on the other end of the customer service line said they would look into it and return a call. This has yet to happen. I have called and emailed Anthony Meyer. He claimed that the door was in and that we would be contacted to set up a delivery. I have called Pella multiple times and each time the representative states they will look into it and there is no return call.
We are without words at this point. We have invested in Pella through the years for our windows and front door.
Please assist us in rectifying this situation or provide us with someone who will.
