I am renting a storage unit (#7156) from the Public Storage location 133 2nd Street in Jersey City, NJ. I have fallen behind on my payments and need to make a settlement so that my items are not auctioned. I have called the Property Manager and the "Customer Service" and neither of these parties want to assist. The run around I keep getting is that it comes from corporate yet no one in corporate can tell me who to speak with. My items are to be auctioned on June 22, 2023, and I am trying to resolve this before that date with a payment and moving from the unit.
Desired outcome: Ability to make a settlement payment and move from premises.
