Valvoline Instant Oil Change [VIOC]

Went in for oil change 9/13/20. Also purchased a new air filter and wipers for a total of $167.45. During the service they checked my tire pressure. Drove straight home, parked my car, and did not drive until two days later. On 9/15 I pulled out of my driveway and immediately heard the sound of a flat tire. Upon inspection my tire was completely flat. I could not find any leaks or holes so I pulled back into my driveway and ordered new tires. The following day 9/16 my tires arrived at the tire shop so I filled up my flat tire so that I could at least be able to drive to the tire shop. After the tire was filled you could hear air hissing out of the valve stem. I called valvoline and told them that they had damaged my tire and that they are responsible for repairs. They told me to call back the following day to speak to a manager. I then drove my car to the tire shop where they replaced the valve stem for $82.36. The following day 9/17/20 I spoke with valvoline manager brian. I dropped off the tire repair receipt and he opened a claim. The following day 9/18/20 brian told me he would only send half of the cost of the repairs to me via check. He will not send the other half and refuses to re-open the claim.
