Horrible dealer. I purchased my first Ford Bronco from them in 1989 and swore I'd never buy from them again. Well many years later I gave them another shot and got a CPO Expedition Limited. Week #2 with the truck the a/c blower motor failed in 98 degree temperatures. I was on the hook for the $100 deductible and at the same time they were supposed to recover the door code as the card they provided didn't work. Needless to say, they didn't do that. I bring my truck to a local dealer where I work 11 months later. Still under warranty, the computer reports multiple misfires and after multiple calls to Lucas Ford's Service Department, (4 calls, 10 minutes of ringing before they answer and that's not exaggerating) they refuse to do anything because spark plugs are "maintenance" and they want nearly $500 to perform the work. Well, those 8 spark plugs you didn't want to part with will cost you thousands in the end. I will tell anyone and everyone I can just how you do business. Always have been shady and you just proved you always will be shady. When you read the reviews of their Service Department, nearly all are negative. Management may really want to make some changes before they lose even more customers.
