Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

hello,

I had come in on Saturday morning to get my hair done. outgrown roots. I was taken by Reem, Nashua NH location. I told her specifically that I wanted not orange in my hair... she at the end of the appointment, she stated she didn't have time to dry my hair so I left with it wet. when I got home and dried my hair.. I had about 3 inches of orange hair. I had to spend more money to get it fixed elsewhere. called that tuesday (closed sun and mon) and asked for a refund. Reem proceeded to tell me it was my fault and was extreamly rude. she also stated "thank you so much for the bad review" sarcastically. she stated that she would call me back and let me know about the refund. It was been 3 days and no call. I tried to call her to get an update. No answer.
