I used the drive through at the Burger King 3473. I ordered the 2 for $6.00 mix or match. My bill was $6.54. I gave the guy in the window $10.54. He handed me my order and gave be back .54. Not really paying attention as I was getting my dog to move so I could put the bag down; I drove away since there was another customer behind me. This was Aug. 21, 2022 at 5:37p.m. Transaction ID: [protected]-021354, order 74. I drove back to the store to get my $4.00 change and the store had closed early at 6:00p.m. I tried calling this morning and the phone just rings then goes to voice mail which says it is full can no longer except messages.
Desired outcome: I would like to get my $4.00 that I never received. His register should have been over $4.00.

I'm not usually one to complain but i'm a usual customer at this Burger King and I go ever so often days and I always get a vanilla iced coffee with extra vanilla syrup and whipped cream. Today I went and I asked for my usual and she told me we can't do that and I asked why and she said because weren't not supposed to it's already premade. I asked for the manager and she said she was the manger and I said then how come the millions of times i've been here they can? and she said idk we're not supposed too. so I just said k thank you. So I want to know can they do that? I'm not sure if they charge me cus it's just my usual, even if they do then i'm fine with that! I believe she should have been more friendly than she was.
