Ingles Markets - Manager problem

I work at store #150 in Statesville NC, I’m on 3rd shift and I worked there since August 13th 2022, we had a new manager since May of this year and he didn’t even earn it. He worked there for 3 weeks and quit because he got mad at the manager at the time, trashed the entire pallet and walked out, and 3 days later he’s a manager. Well today, he was yelling and screaming at all of us this morning and my uncle, (he works there too by the way) was just trying to calm him down, and he cusses him out and grabs him. Throws him to the floor and assaulted him badly. I told him to get off of him, and he told me I was fired too and hit me for no reason. We were assaulted and fired because of his temper tantrum. His name is Darrell crane, and he’s 3rd shift grocery manager and his behavior is unacceptable, I said some things to that wasn’t good and all, but I couldn’t even defend myself because he was hitting us so hard. And they didn’t even punish him for any of it, the assault, the racial slurs non-stop, and he smokes weed on the job to where he’s got an anger problem every time he smokes. And they didn’t let him go? I’m getting a lawyer
