You really need to train your employees better. I also don't understand why you keep charging people monthly fees when half the time the car wash isn't working. There is always an employee car blocking the entrance to the pay machine. Asking the employee are they closing for the day or what is a waste of time. They never know anything. This has happened 3 times in the middle of the day just this week alone. It's starting to look like they are doing this on purpose. I honestly don't believe this car wash is in operable this often. If your employees don't like the job they're doing, then you need to hire someone that's a better fit for your establishment. Or only charge half the monthly fee since it's not working everyday anyway. Then they are supposed to spray your car down before you enter the wash and also guide you so you enter in properly onto the tracks.
When I visited the car wash in April, the large brushes on the right side of the Wake Forest Road location were not working. The large one is tied up. I was there today (5/22) and had the car washed. As I started through, I noticed the brushes on the right were not working. Afterwards I spoke to the clerk who said he had put a sign up, alerting customers if they wanted to continue, but the manage/owner took it down. Not only do I have a membership, there was also another customer complaining of the same thing. I am disappointed that I'm paying the same price for a half car wash.
