When I got home I found the coleslaw on the bottom of the bag with the hot food items on top of it. The coleslaw was warm because of this and not very appetizing. Then when I opened up the bucket I found the chicken cold and over cooked. It was so dry it fell apart and was not edible.
I let KFC know in my survey and I also contacted customer service. I have been waiting for almost 2 weeks for a response but never received one. Very unprofessional.
