I was an employee of Ingles for about 8 years. Full-time for about 4 years. I am 62 years old and planned on continuing to work until our new store manager had a bookkeeper walk up to me and cut my hours from 5 days to 2 days a week. No warning, nothing. I was so upset I just stopped working. I don't think anyone should treat their employees like this. I ran the uscan ordered the tobacco and candy. I have a MBA and did my job. Someone needs to stop them from doing this to anybody else.
Claimed loss: I have lost a year of pay at about 12 dollars an hour. Ingles might as well not pay nothing. No raises but a quarter per year
Desired outcome: I want them to pay.
