Stayed at this place for 3 weeks while repairs were being done to my house. This visit cost nearly $5, 000 and no one from home office would return my calls. It was supposed to be handicapped accessible and it had a walk in shower that flooded the bath, kitchen and most of the dining room every time I took a shower. Many towels were used every night to stop the flooding. Management on the first time told me to bring my wet towels up and she would give me fresh ones. I told her I was not able to carry them all up to her dripping wet. She finally came and got them and gave me fresh ones to use next night. The first night the curtain had been hemmed up 12 in. above edge of shower which was one of the problems and the drain was stopped up. Housekeeping replaced curtain next day but maintenance could not fix drain so I had problems every night. I did use the shower in another room and had to carry my things on my walker a couple of times. Horrible place to stay!
I live at the 7200 s 51 w midvale utah 84047 i just moved in about me and my son mostly stay there about a couple of weeks there was a old man name steven l pedersen was lock out of his room the police cames because they coulnt get a hold of the maintence guy which was very drunk that night for about 2 hrs and because i gave the police the number to contact them i was rkoick out of the hotel because they sad i was a drug dealer the manager said that i approach one of the co worker there which is a big lie Karl Mcclellan 708/639/0315
It's not called for, considering this gym charges a premium to several competitors in the area but does not provide anything resembling premium customer service.
