Valvoline Instant Oil Change [VIOC]

On May 26 at 10:55am I went to Valvoline in High Point NC to get my oil change and (Long story short) after my service the slid plate fell off my car and caused damage to the plate and the housing holding it in place! called the location 5390 Samet Drive High Point NC and took it back there. After the asst mgr. looked at it and put it back she told me I was all set, I told her since the plate was dragging on the ground it was damage! she invited me to see it for myself and I did and asked why the housing is thrown? she said from dragging and she wasn't able to bolt that up because of the "Now" condition of the housing! advised me that she spoken with her manager and he'll replace what was damage on Monday 05/30/2022. I went there today and now the manager said he's the one who worked on my car and there's no way this could have happened? I told him what I was advised, and he now says we will have to investigate? and will get back to me once he's done (The he who was at fault?) This is crazy! BTW I used a groupon and the attendant tried to charge me $100.00 even with my coupon? had to call the manager to clear things up!
