Dec 2020 I called Room Store in Fay NC spoke to the acceptance now girl she said My balance was 1000 dollars on my account then Jan I5, 2020 I came in paid close to 500$ on my account, then March struggling to pay AGAIN but made it happen I was effected by Cov 19 hard by this time made 240 payment over the phone but way before this I explained on source of income coming in was my son 700$ and my disability was still spending it a process so here in April 2020 they saying I owe 900$ I ask the girl how is that possible I am paying and paying and no down time on the account which I was sold and misled in the frist place with solid proof !Here it is May 15 2020 I dont have no Stimulus check yet and bills are to the roof I am feeding 3 kids and barely making it and being harrassed it seem about 900$ I feel the account should been paid down by now its not fare the girl at the store said we going help the people with Jobs frist with Covid 19 then we see what we can do about the rest I have her recorded saying this also because everytime I make a payment she tell me diffrent stuff ...You guys dont care about the disabled or people who really are in need right now the store manger for Acceptance Now on Fay NC proved it about a $$$$at any cost
