Yodle - scam

I was guaranteed better ad performance, more clicks turning into phone calls, and spending less money and getting more phone calls and leads. After one week, half of my monthly budget is somehow gone already. On top of that my number of phone calls per day went down to none almost. I got a total of 4 calls since I signed up beginning of June. I get 4 to 10 calls per day or more when I am running my own ad campaigns. I was scammed. There is no tracking as to where my budget money went to. They don't show you because they keep a portion of it and then tell you its gone from clicks. They built me a professional website for the purpose of turning clicks into calls (which they own). BUT my website I built myself was nowhere as good as the one they built yet I was getting 5 to 10 calls a day. Something isn't right with these people at Yodle. I just wish I read all the scam articles and forums and sites about Yodle before I signed up, then I would never have signed up. Now I am out of almost $557 with no money left over. I didn't even authorize them to charge my card for $500. I said yes I was ready to launch my ads unaware that I was going to be charged $500 right then and there. Sorry it was so long. That's almost everything I can think of to say.

I have a Solar Company- Ra Tech Solar Inc. In California. I got a call from what I that was cutting edge internet advertising from Yodel. I gave them an authorization for just one set up to see how the phones and internet would "ring of the hook". Leary I said you are not to do any charges on my card and that we would have to monitor our expenses on a month to month basis. As soon as they put me online I never got any statements or account information for how the charges were assessed. What I did get was this company charging my credit card $1157.00 per month without my authorization. My accountant asked what were all these charges from Yodel? I could not believe this and I honestly thought that my "roll over" as they put it carried me for 3 months. This company misrepresented their services was more interested in taking money from my account than even promoting business. Buyer Beware this company is a scam. I have notified my credit card company and the charges will be disputed. I only wish I would have researched this company further.
