Good morning,
My name is Sakinah Ali and I am currently a member of the Planet Fitness located in Charlotte, NC. As you are aware, we are in a PANDEMIC. Why don't you offer online cancellation? That's horrible customer service given our present situation.
I don't want to go into the center, nor should I have to PAY to send a certified letter. Just cancel the damn membership and give people some grace. I will NEVER use your service again.
