I joined the National Home Gardening Club in 2008. I paid 300.00 to become a lifetime member. I received a lopper and a kneeling rug and then nothing from that point on. That is a lot of money for a lopper and I really feel like I have been scammed. Then they did not respond to calls or anything, I just want my money back. My membership number is [protected] my name on my card is Janice Threckeld, and I told them it was spelled wrong, but they didn't correct it. Matter of fact I haven't heard from them since 2008. I joined 02/2008. Please let me know what can be done about this. Thank you. I lived in Morganton NC at the time and I now live in Noble, OK but had my mail changed and everything, but I had not heard from anyone from that company since 2008 and I moved in 2013.
Desired outcome: Please refund my money to me.
