Huddle House - food, wait time, and bathroom

My grandmother, 3 small kids and I went to eat at here today we arrived at about 10:30 or so and the waitress came over and asked us if we needed a minute or if we could go ahead and order. We told her that we needed a minute and she said that would be fine that she would check back with us. We sat there and she came back over after just a short while and took our order. She brought us our drinks and told us that another waitress was going to take care of us because she had to take her daughter to the doctor and that she would be back as soon as she got done there. Well after she left my Grandmother made the comment that she had never had to wait as long for food there before I looked at my clock and we had been sitting there for about 30 minutes before they brought us our food. I oder the smokehouse platter, my grandmother ordered an omelette and a sausage gravy and biscuit and a hashbrown, we ordered the kids a chicken basket with fries a piece. The kids did not get their food when my grandmother and I received our food as a matter of fact they hadn't even cooked it they had to go and cook it and they also had to go and cook my grandmothers hashbrown that they had failed to cook with the rest of the food also. When we got our food I went to prepare mine with salt and pepper and relized that my food was cold so my grandmother checked her food amd hers was cold also i had also noticed that her cheese didnt even look like it had been cooked onto her omelet like it should have been but instead just laid on there like they had forgotten to put it on there while cooking it. We tried eating out sausage gravy and biscuits but the biscuits were so hard you could barely push a fork through them to eat them. They finally got the kids chicken out to them and it was hot but they still had to wait and eat what they would from my plate until they got their food. I am so disappointed in the service that we received today that I may never return here again. Don't get me wrong the waitress were friendly but food was awful. Also I might add that I also went to use the restroom while there and I noticed that the toliet had a large amount of water around it so I went and told the girl at the register at the time that the toliet was leaking around the bottom of it amd that it needed to be fixed. She yelled boss call the plumber again the toliet is broken and I recommended Empowered Electrical and Plumbing them and she said yeah I will tell him but it is weather or not he wants to pay them. They are highly recommended my the rich and thr poor around New Albany because they will do the job right the first time and to satisfaction of the company and public. She told him but I noticed that when she told him though he just kinda laughed it off like yeah right I am not going to call them. The manager not sire what his name is just know he has red hair if he is the decision maker might need to be looked into also. The picture below is my grandmother's biscuit
