I came in to do a yearly physical so I can donate. I told her my ID was in the car; I retrieve my ID and she starts with my phone and I say it's still the same hasn't changed. She then raised her voice at me and said what is my issue. I told her I don't have one and she yelled back yes you do. She then walked away and called for a manager. He came up and I told him I didn't want my number read out loud where ppl can here it. He told me it was fine. He had to finish the profile part because the receptionist walked away in a huff and said she wasn't going to do it. Wow biolife what a way to treat repeating clients. I came here by choice I don't need to, but the fact that it helps ppl is a big plus for me. The way I was treated today will determine if I continue to come to biolife or go elsewhere. Wow biolife on Erie in Springfield mo what a wonderful way to treat people.
Desired outcome: There was no need for yelling at me

BioLife Plasma Services - Permanent deferral overreaction
I have been donating plasma for years on & off sometimes policies change & I can be absent minded or unable to remember exact details. I had gotten a tattoo a while back I was certain it was 3 weeks you had to wait after you had gotten one to donate. I had waited much longer than that to go back. I had told a nurse that I had gotten a newer one & that they would make note of it. I had donated once since then & honestly forgot to make mention of this on the question drill & abcent mindedly went through as fast as I could. I had failed to answer a question pertaining to this & have been banned for life. This is a very overdramatized reaction to something that apparently had no effect on my last donation which went over just fine. I would like to appeal to the high & mighty court of BioLife if I could.
Desired outcome: To be reinstated & compensated for my time & stress
