Life Storage

I am looking to have this matter resolved immediately. I am in fear of going on to the grounds to access my unit I rent due to the renter next to my unit living and sleeping on the property. Managment refuses to address or fix the matter. ALL contracts state this property CANNOT be used for personal living or sleeping on the grounds. I have contacted management, corporate and district on this matter four times. I have also provided a sworn statement regarding the various incidents I have had with this man that will not stop blocking or sleeping in front of my unit. He is urinating, smoking, leaking oil, using drugs on and by my unit. NO follow ups or explanations on this matter have been given.

The last encounter was during the Christmas holidays where he was still doing the same activities and no employees are available to assist.
