I placed order number OMAW224596438 on 12/30. One week later I received an email saying that one item had been cancelled out of three. On 1/14 I went to the local store to find out when the remaining 2 items would ship and the store found nothing. I contacted Maurice’s for what they said would be a live chat but it was a machine. I couldn’t get an estimated ship date. On 1/15 I called the store for further instruction and got connected to a person who said there was no ship date available. They said that there was no management that could help. I told her that I was disgusted that there was no help and I had wasted over 2 hours for nothing. Two hours later I got an email that my remaining items were cancelled
