Something needs to be done about this ive never been treated so badly before this store is beyond rude and treat customers like crap. I already have a credit due to other bad customer service now im being told I cant have my meal delivered and being hung up on and shes lying abot being a manager and saying I cant order from the 6.99 menu for delivery when all my orders online for delivery are from the 6.99 menu I walk there in the cold and still no food they refused to serve me. The customer is always right and to be treated like this after having more than one bad experience already says a lot about the employees at that store and how I should have something done about this and she and the manager on duty that night of march 7th 2024 need new jobs for sure not in customer service

Product]: never got meal girl at 1113 hennepin store lied and said she was a manager and wasnt told us we cant order the 6.99 deals and got mad when I asked why and hung up on me I kept calling back and no one woukd take my order and deliver to me and kept putting me on hold I mean I already have a 25 dollar credit de to problems before now I get treated like this and I walked there and they still wouldnt make my order it was a 20min walk there and back in the cold

[q3. Service delivery]: never got order store kept hanging up on me or putting me on hold and said they are not coming to my address and I walked there and they still wouldn't make my food. This is by far the worst i've ever experienced this is the type of thing where one needs to lose there job even i've been in customer service for 13 years and id never ever ever treat my customers like crap like she did along with the store manager going right along with her
