Food Network - Dinnerware

I bought a set of 12 white square dishes at Kohl's in 2020. The salad plates keep cracking. Three have cracked in the microwave, even though they are supposed to be microwave and dishwasher safe.
One other has broken in the dishwasher šŸ˜.
I'd like to know, are they defective?
How do I get a replacement or refund?
