Kroger

The pharmacy Dept is a train wreck. Not sure why it takes days to fill one Rx, consistently. Was also forced to pay out of pocket and when my insurance company contacted me with a number for the pharmacist to call to override the lack of coverage, (which was a temporary issue)so I could be reimbursed the $100 I was out, the pharmacist took too long (weeks, if he even called at all) so the override and reimbursement time frame had expired. So currently trying to find a competent pharmacy. Plus quite a few of the cashiers working in the pharmacy are quite rude and dismissive. Very disturbing behavior. Not happy with the lack of customer service at all.

I am voicing complaint about the Friday/Saturday sale items. I was in Kroger 9/6 and 9/7 to get the Motts 40ct. fruit snacks for $1.99. These items were never available and I was told that the shipment or truck had not delivered these item. This is not the first time this has happened during the download sale. I would hope that Kroger stops advertising item for a 2 day sale without being able to provide such item!
