Empire Beauty School

Kelsey Morgan at Portage MI location refuses to offer proper assistance and instead degrades and makes you feel small and unintelligent when needing help. I have issues with my parents FAFSA forms and have to do them manually and get it scanned to go up to Student Aid services. She lied and told me I never sent it then changed it up when I provided proof she received it by saying I had to email it to her as a PDF. Instead of her herself turning it into a PDF after telling her I couldn't achieve that through my phone she gave me a paper form and was disrespectful towards me the entire interaction. I turned in that paper after needing to rewrite it for her and got told once again that she didn't want to accept it and I now have to type on said paper. All through these interactions Tara Aldrich have also been disrespectful towards my mother, my fiance, and I. I've also had other students attending this school approach me telling me they've caught Tara and Kelsey sharing unprofessional and disrespectful comments about my family and my situation despite themselves not providing me help without being rude and being entirely unclear with what they need from me. Additionally this all started because they last minute decided to tell the school our forms were due the same day or else we had to pay the rest of our tuition out of pocket. Empire Beauty School location Portage Michigan is the most unprofessional school there is. Students are afraid to bring up issues about the school because if we do the teachers here begin to threaten to kick you out indefinitely, for months, or to clock you out and force you to go home. Every time corperate has came in the school has acted on its best behavior but is the most unprofessional hate filled building I've ever stepped foot in.
