I looked online this morning to make sure a particular item was in stock I drove all the way out to your store to buy it and there was none out on the floor so I went back to the back of the store to have a clerk help me and I told him that your online services told me there was 26 of these items here at the store. He proceeded to look and he could not come up with anything so I went home went back online pulled the item up again and I see there are still 26 items in stock at your store so I ordered my items online and I will be going in to pick them upAs soon as I get an email that alerts me that my product is ready to be picked up. So this is an issue which I don't understand it's very frustrating very unprofessional that I've had to make two trips out there to get some thing that wasn't stuck in the first place and I'm not very happy with having to come into Menards again
