A few months ago, I started transferring my prescriptions to this pharmacy.
In a month, they filled a prescription with the wrong medicine.
When I contacted the pharmacy, Michelle the pharmacist told me they won't take medicine back, that because it was the generic, my insurance wouldn't pay for it.
I spent almost two weeks getting my medicine. In the meantime, I was so sick, I couldn't leave my house.
My doctor sent the prescription in DAW and they ignored it.
My insurance company had to override it to fill.
I wasn't offered an apology, delivery, nothing. In fact, Michelle tried to take credit for fixing it when she didn't know that I had been on the phone with the insurance company.
Today, after waiting a week for another medication, I got Michelle again.
I told her I went to pick up the medicine last night and they didn't have it.
I spoke to my other doctor and he said he sent it last week, and sent again today.
When I told Michelle, she said, they didn't get it until today.
I told her I can't have this problem and asked her to find out what happened to it last week.
She said to hold on so she could check my account and hung up.
I waited four hours and called back.
The lady I spoke to told me they could fill it and maybe have it ready in an hour?
What is going on here?
I have a chronic disease and I live alone. I can't continue with kroger pharmacy.
This is unbelievable that the pharmacist not only didn't call me back, but didn't fill my medicine.
I want her license to file a complaint with the State.
