I wanted to do an exchange and refund I had everything set up by register they were training a girl that did the wrong way when the trainer was off doing what so instead of doing an even exchange then the refund on the customer as I told her to do since the trainer was no were to be found 25 mins, I had my receipt so now with they refund they would not give me cash back so I could purchase the outfit they should have did the even exchange on. 45 mins. If the trainer would have done her job and if the trainee would have listened to me instead of being rude this would have been done right she would of seen for herself I was saying the right way now I have ticket # 01751084 and still have heard nothing nowhere is info from the receipt I still have store# 61204 trans 3128 cashiers 3264732 canton michigan 48187 transaction code [protected] now it was a sad day for the 4 yr old that didn't get the costume and sad day for grammy because nobody has contacted me abt this problem [protected] and we still spent 154.00 at taylor store 61289. Was just abt to order what we could get but not on clearance girls ladybug small outfit pants and zip-up jack we love this store and been choosing you since you came to us please acknowledge me
