Harris Teeter

Harris Teeter pharmacy at 18169 Town Center Drive, Olney, MD 20832 is making numerous mistakes in my prescriptions. Despite notations to fill my prescriptions with store provided bottles with no safety caps, they continue to dispense my prescriptions with manufacturer bottles. Also, numerous errors are being made in the pharmacy database for my account, resulting in auto fill status of prescriptions not being entered, prescriptions coded as purchased, when I never purchased them and items entered as auto fill, which I never authorized.
