Empire Beauty School

I have been going to this Beauty school for several years and prior to today every time was pleasant. I made an appointment for today 12/21/20 at 1030 am. I arrived at 10.32 am and was told that I would have to reschedule because my appointment was at 1015 am. I advised the staff that was incorrect because I always schedule for 1030 am and today was not any different. So I stated that maybe the receptionist wrote it down incorrectly however my appointment time is always the same. I was told on a previous occasion by an Empire staff that the students go on break and return at 1030 am so that's why I always make the appointment for that time.
I was advised to reschedule and I decided that I would never return to this beauty school. The receptionist did not even try to look to see if a mistake had been made. Poor customer service
As I walked away one of the teachers asked if I would like to reschedule my appointment and I declined. This was the Glen Burnie location.
