Between 2 employees and 1 manager no one knew how to make or even heard of the crispy chicken blt sandwich which was literally the first thing on the menu smh! I only chose the sandwich because the display case had so much condensation I could not see the food at all. Once the staff was able get a gameplan down and actually make the sandwich it was horrible. A complete waste of the 15 min waiting for it and the $8.29 that I paid for it. I didn't have the heart to complain at the time as you could clearly see the 2 young boys had not been trained properly so I just tossed it in the trash! while looking up the complaint department I discovered that boston market is now owned by mcdonalds... That explains everything! simply trash!
Desired outcome: $8.95 REFUND
