CARCHEX

I sold my truck on February 17, 2022> I called Carchex to cancel my Vehicle Protection Plan due to selling my truck. I had just made a payment of 158.18 on February 17, 2022. I was told I would receive that money back and I would also receive a refund on what had not been used. I sent in my cancellation Requests to Mr. Larry Patterson. I have made serval calls to carchex and still to date no one will call me back or received my refund.
