Americas Best Value Inn

I booked a 2 night stay from 8-16-19 thru 8-18-19. When I arrived at the hotel my room was infested with bed bugs. I complained to the manager, and asked for another room. He stated that there were no more rooms. My companion and I came back to our room and our locks were changed. The manager took it upon himself to check us out after we had already paid for 2 nights. I had to call to the police to get my refund that as of today Monday 8-19-19 my refund still hasn't been submitted. The room was filthy that the police officers suggested that I burn my luggage and also warned other customers about staying there. I have called the health Cambridge health dept. and the Pesticide Regulation Section to file a complaint. I am also filing a complaint with the BBB. In addition to this I am reporting this transaction to my bank as fraud. Trying to contact the corporate office is impossible. I wouldn't recommend your hotels to a homeless person.
