I have been a customer for years.. I have had enough. I put a steering rack in a impala and it failed. I paid 2nd time foe labor to replace leaking rack and it is also leaking within a year of installing so I just let it leak.. I put front caliper into my accord and it burns up the pads and replace it again with pads ans overheated rotors. I put a rear caliper in my sons car and it leaks fluid from piston and he looses brake pedal and have to replace rotors and caliper again bur the 2nd caliper will not work and due to e brake not operating so the pedal went to floor. The 2nd caliper on my 2009 accord was overheating due to the top pin being frozen and it took 2hr to remove due to no lube.. WHAT THE [censored]

I went to store and complained and the mgr said that the rebuilt parts are poor quality Do not sell this [censored] if it does not work.. I also bought a cv axle for my 2009 accord and already replaced it 2 3 times and was told the life time warr only covers it once and when fixing my front caliper for the 2nd time ti is leaking grease on my wheel from [censored] clamp.. This is not ok.. I an a 30 year master tec from honda and have never seen anything like this.. I am giving the co a chance to answer why this is ok and am going to do what I have to do to prevent this from causing somone else the same [censored]... john and paula pierce
