I work for Dunkin Donuts located inside of this Gulf and the owner of the Gulf Mary has a manager whom I have made her aware of that comes in during my third shift trying to intimidate me harassing me and calling me all sorts of nasty names in front of consumers! Mary is demonstrating poor business management she doesn't understand how to manage her own cash registers the woman that she hired as her manager has no certifications for that position and Mary hasn't been paying her new employees for their training . She called police on me when I went in to speak with her personally about the issues with her manager and she then began to verbally attack my manager telling him he should fire me that she doesn't want me in her building . I have been dealing with this issue for over two months now and filed a formal complaint at the Dudley courthouse today. She is misrepresenting the brand by showing poor management and allowing her employee to do as she pleases . I suffer from anxiety depression and PTSD so having this type of abuse against me in my workplace has made me not only feel unsafe but has made me feel like I need to quit my job now because nothing is being done about this. They are literally bullying people and getting away with it . My job supports my children and I am a single mother and depend on my income my hours have been cut to better accommodate my bully and this is wrong. This manager talks sexually with customers and in front of other customers with kids! This is disgusting and I have reached my breaking point hence me filing complaints in court earlier today I hope that there is something that can be done . I was told to file this complaint by the Better Business Bureau and my lawyer which the BBB also took a complaint . Thank you so much
