I was on my way off the bank, walking to go across the street, and the Fed Ex truck drove in fast next to me and I had to jump to the snow otherwise he would have gotten me with his truck. Time of the incident 1:26 PM today 3/4/15
My name is Elisa Ramirez, I live in Braintree and there is a lot of snow everywhere, but he should be careful, he could have hurt me really bad if I had not jump into the snow. That's a busy bank, there are always customers in and out the bank.

My college-age daughter has an online account with Citizens. Their new charge of $4.99 per month when she dosn't use the account 5 times each month (she only used it 4 this last month) is absolutely nuts. I know they almost went under last summer - but the Scottish head wouldn't let the bank get taken over. Looks like they are on the edge - and it's time to get out.
Don't loan at this bank.. I was one month behind an had sent check in full payment, they never cash check an repo the truck, I had paid 10.000.00 of the loan, they never gave me a chance.
Overdraft fees, through these tough times we have dipped into our overdraft and as soon as we hit .01 past zero. WHAM $39 fee $5 each overage and then they charge me interest on top of that. Shoot me I'm changing banks what a scam.
Foreign ATM or POS Fee - charged $3.00 to look at my account balance from a WAWA, then charged $3.00 to withdraw money from WAWA.
Citizens bank just started charging atm fees. but did not send a letter to the customers ? they said it was in with the statement i did not see it. for the month of june they hit me with over $60. in fees.
I have a personal line of credit from Citizens Bank. I set up online banking to mangage the account. They never update the account. I got a call saying I am past due but on the online banking screen it shows I am current not past due. What a horrible company !
Please stop service and stop charging my bank account. There was a charge of 6.78 on 3/25. Please send me a confirmation number for the cancellation of service.

Well. If you owe the bank money, I understand that they will charge you. how about the bank telling you that you have a money market with no fee, just like a saving account. Then you let 3000us sit thinking I will go get it hen I need need. When you check it later you see it was all a lie and that they were charging you 51dollars a month for an account which brings you no return. There should be a law against that. Good thing I checked now because would i have waited a few years i would have been left with no money. They should be ashamed of themselves and if this is how they treat their costumers they definitely will go under water.
This bank is awful! They go out of their way to find a way to over draw your account. I accidently made one payment to many and it overdrew my account by a single penny! That's it... All other charges were deducted and on hold... Instead Citizens ended up charging me 7 times on over drawn fee's that helped my account over draw from what it was a penny over drawn $37.01 to over $259.01. This bank goes out of it's way to find ways to charge you! STAY AWAY! BEWARE! This isn't a joke... The fee's they charged should of went through a day before and they held it back another day knowing the other charge was coming through... IT's HIGHWAY ROBBERY that the fed's allow... Please BOYCOTT Citizen's Bank...
