first Jordans furniture said maybe i just did not like the mattress then i sent them pictures of the mattress sinking in and they said the pictures were not good did not show 3inch sinking. Then i had to go to you tube that said hold a cd on mattress with tape measure and take pictures. Then Jordans said i could have a credit only for 30 days ( after i called channel 5) mass law says if product is defective store has to refund money. Jordans would not pick up mattress said no trucks on marthas vineyard this time of year( last dec). A few days later i see a Jordans truck and call again and they pick up the defective mattress . i am 72 years oild and had to sleep on a defective mattress. Jordans owes me money as i would not accept a store credit. I had very good credit untill this. i would not step foot into Jordan furnitures as they think they can make up their own laws
Desired outcome: my money back and refund for frame
Jordan's Furniture - Sofa delivery
I purchased a sofa-chair and coffee table on aug 27th 2020- I was told the sofa would be delayed approx. 8 weeks and the chair approx. 12 weeks, the coffee table was in stock. I paid in full at the time. I did receive the chair and coffee table approx. 10 weeks later. I call every month and receive the same message, order is delayed another month. The store suggested changing orders and I went to the store and looked at the other furniture available, it didn't match what I was looking for, the one thing that bothered me was the same sofa I purchased was still on the floor for sale, and the sales person told me there was still a delay of 12 weeks. That is a lie, more like six months. I did ask the salesperson, where the manufacture is located, in the US. So why the delay, did the company go out of business?
We have a similar situation, ordered 2 chairs and a couch Aug 24, 2020...received the 2 chairs but after numerous delays with the couch we just were told Feb 28-March 21 ! When we called the delay is the coils in the couch...so we were told. I understand Covid effecting things...but this is ridiculous. Honestly my biggest concern is some day I will be told I will never get the couch.
Wrote a letter-customer service called, spoke to the salesperson...same blah blah...never a real answer.
Very Very disappointed and frustrated.
