Hello I made an appt for Snap on Dentures last year in May 2022 I had an exam with the Dentist she recommended I do the bottom first because they move around the most I agreed after that I met with the financial dept and they told me everything came to $15,067 my portion $8,978 I paid before the work started I had my teeth extracted later that month I can't give you dates because she has not provided me with my medical records by written request and several times by my new Dentist. Who has never heard of it taking a year to make Dentures but I was not there for Dentures I was there for Snap ons I begged her to have them ready for Christmas didn't happen. She was on vacation and I was having fitting I asked when do you put the posts in for the Snap on she looked at the computer and said I didn't pay for that I said WHAT I paid my bill before the work started. They were insistent and rude I left told them have the dentist call me no call had to make an appointment she comes in the room with her hands behind her back and puppy eyes saying I am so sorry I said fix it she just looks at me she says sorry there is nothing she can do imagine the bate and switch in my head I have wasted a year now I only have pain and poorly unfinished Dentures

May 2022 I had the exam and x-rays with the Dentist Teresa Mathew she recommended that I put the first set of Snap ons on the bottom first for ins. Purposes and do the top this year 2023. So after my exam I met with financial services and they told me it was $15.,067 and my portion $8,976 but got a surprise bill in January for 3,559 it gave no explanation So I had my teeth extracted in May 2022 and had to wait months to get back in for fittings so at the next fitting I asked the hygienist when do you put the posts in for the Snap ons? She looked at the computer and said you didn't pay for that I said WHAT! I paid before the work started. I guess what happened was the Dentist did not relay the treatment plan to the financial services leading me on for a year waiting for my smile she lied right to my face she said there was nothing she could do to make it right or even finish the Dentures I have I paid $8,976 I have to pay that again to get Snap ons and she should be the one paying not me I haven't even got my medical records I have a pop
