We purchased a whirlpool fridge on 6/28/2019. We started having problems in april 2021 so I contacted customer service on 5/6/2021 and was told it was set. Called again on 5/7/2021, but on both occations they got my phone number and email address wrong. We then waited and contacted the repairman and was told to send a text it would be forwared, still no response. We then received a text that we had to call to get him to come because he dosn't get paid if there's nothing wrong. That's not my problem. I don't know why lowes hires repairmaen that are 30 minutes or more away wnen there are oualified tecs. In my same town a few miles away. I will contact lowes corp. Like I saw one person did and that finnally got the job done. My 84 yr. Old mother and I are seinior citizens and in poor health. We live on fixed incomes and can not afford to keep haveing these problems. We were promised a voucher to replace the food we lost if approved and to rent a fridge if ours couldn't be fixed in 72hrs and would be reimbursed 25% if approved. Well we have done our last deal with lowes and will pass the word on about their so called customer service
Desired outcome: REPAIR OR REPLACE
I thought you were my sister. They keep losing the Fridge. "It was delivered" No it wasn't. We have the wrong phone #. You had A wrong phone #. She gets calls from them about the Fridge. For 2 or 3 weeks. She's living out of a dorm fridge. These people are fools. She tried to save some money. I'd pay the difference if she went somewhere else at this point
