Blue Haven Pools & Spas / Blue Haven National Management - Gunite pool not finished, dangerous

Justin ferris here. I am currently having a gun-ite pool installed at my home in mandeville Louisiana by Blue Have Pools. 4525 airline Dr. Metairie Louisiana. [protected]. The sales person/ owner Robert Namer (the definition of a slimy used car sells man.) We are at the stage of plaster and have been waiting for some time. This far we have paid close to $60, 000 in cash and this entire process has been miserable to say the least. No one on site seems to know what's going on, no overall idea of the pool project, my yard is a danger zone, the pool is full of what is now green water and full of Mosquitoes. We where told 3 months ago that are plaster had been delivered. Today we where told that it hasn't been ordered yet. The owner/sales rep seems to be the cause, keeping his employees stressed and uninformed. He does not return phone calls or emails and when reached yells, questions and contradicts what he's said In the past. We can not get a date when this pool will be finished and or when the copious amount of dangerous debris will be removed. Please help. I feel like many of the reviews and several blue haven employees have stated that my only Recourse is to contact a lawyer and the BBB, which we really don't want to do. We just want the pool finished and area cleaned up. We thought that this was going to be an enjoyable experience, instead it's been a complete nightmare.

When did they start to build your pool? How many days did Robert Namer quote you to have your pool finished?

I paid over $105,000 cash. We upgraded our tile the same day we signed the contract after the pools done He’s trying to convince me. I owe him 10,000 extra dollars. He’s a crook in every sense of the word if you don’t believe me, research his name and the federal trade commission
