Americas Best Value Inn

I rented a Nov 16, 2019 through Expedia. Upon entering the room I turned the heater on and roaches started coming out and crawling on the walls and table. I called the front desk and the management provides me with another room. I put my bags down and leave for a family function. I returned around 11pm entered the room turned the heater on again roaches appeared crawling on the ceiling and walls, and in the bathroom. I went to the front desk. Management was about to refund my money until she saw that I booked the room through Expedia. I was then told to call them for my refund. Expedia told me that the hotel would have to confirm my refund. I've called and left numerous messages with my name and number. No one from that hotel has contacted me now they're not answering my calls. Expedia has attempted to call them as well. Today is Nov 27 I still haven't heard from the hotel nor have they refunded my money.
