I ordered a refrigerator at my local Lowe’s on 2/11/22 I paid in full on that Friday and was told it would be delivered on 2/26. I get a call it would be delivered on 2/26 between 4-8. Rush home unpack my refrigerator and wait about 4:15 get a call from Spero logistics that there was a wreck and they couldn’t deliver it ten minutes later they call back and say it would still be delivered. Flash forward to 7:50 p.m. and I call the store they tell me that apparently the delivery drivers quit and there would be no deliveries Saturday or Sunday so I was scheduled for Monday. Got the call delivery would occur between 12-4 Monday. Unpacked the refrigerator and waited. About 3:45 and nothing again so I call Lowes who directs me to call Spero. I call Spero and they say the driver was behind and they “might get there by 6 or 7.” I had enough and said either they tell me when they are coming or I am returning the refrigerator. Was told they will deliver it tomorrow first thing. I’ve heard nothing from them. If it’s not here tomorrow I’m returning it even though I’ve never got it. Will not be buying appliances from a business that charges you and then does nothing to ensure customers receive the product they pay $1500 for. This should not be this difficult.
Desired outcome: Would like my refrigerator delivered and some sort of compensation for the major inconvenience I have endured over this.
Unfortunately no delivery again today they said it would come tomorrow but not sure when. Went and got a refund taking my business elsewhere.
