Dollar General

I was in Dollar General store 13648 in Valley Falls KS at 7:00 PM today and the cashier was not wearing a face covering as required by Kansas State Executive Order. When I inquired about the situation the clerk advised that she kept forgetting to put it on. That seemed to be a weak excuse as state law requires wearing one at all times, with very few exceptions.

I respectfully request that this violation, which threatens the lives of every one who works or shops there, and their families as well, be fully investigated and meaningful action be taken.
