Taco Bell - Service

I made a $52.33 order at 6:30 for pick up at 7:30. Got my verification email. I left 4 hungry kids @ home to pick up the food @ 7:30. It took 20 minutes for them to tell me they never received my order. They said check the other store maybe it went there. I told I got the confirmation that said this store but my phone was @ home on the charger. I had to go home to get it they said. I returned to the store about 8:05. I showed them the confirmation email and order that clearly shows that I paid for it and the address to this store. They still told me to call the other store. The younger lady tells me over and over it's not their fault, nothing they can do. I said well it is definitely not my fault, but you took my payment I'm going to need my food. I was getting very upset by now. I showed them again the address on the confirmation. Everyone in there kept talking looking at screens, finally told me to wait they had to call manager. So I sat and waited. After the call one of the older ladies said I need proof that you paid. She stated that the order showed up on their mobile app but not there screen. I said so the order did go through? She said yeah, somewhere. I said I showed you the proof, she says my manager said we need proof that the payment went through it's a big order, she was very rude. I said do not get snippy with me. She walked away to another computer, I followed her and had to show her my bank account for proof! She got it, and finally began to put my order in the system. I said now it's going to be another 30 minutes right? She said oh yeah. Had I not already been charged and they hadn't lost all of my information I would have gotten a refund and went elsewhere but obviously I had no other choice. As she is putting in my order she proceeds to tell me that an order for Tracy was up earlier, she just thought it had been taken care of until you guys came in at 7:30 looking for it. So I dont know what happened. Hmmmmm. Okkkkk...I asked if I could get a refund or some sort of discount. She said I got nothin. Wow. Anyway I sat there until 9:05 PM. Finally took food home to the kids. I'm am highly disappointed and would really appreciate some sort of compensation. Thank you [protected]@gmail.com
