Fazoli's

I never in my life felt so compelled to write a complaint about a company, but the two fazoli's in my area has now made me never want to eat at this company again. I come here all the time and every single time, my order is the polar opposite of what I ask for. The last time I went in, previous to today, I recieved over a dozen stale hard as a rock breadsticks, so I stopped going for a while just to end up going today and getting the wrong order and the breadsticks werent even seasoned, it was just regular breadsticks. So I called the store and told them and the lady was very rude so I went back, got a refund and went to a different location and asked them for extra sauce and cheese on my pasta just to get home to no extra at all, in fact it looks like they gave me less sauce but more cheese instead to make it look like they added more sauce. This place sucks.
