Ok on Labor Day I tried to make my payment online I have an unit 1341 at the 7401 state ave KC ks location and have been there since May. On the website it kept saying try again and I put in three different payment methods, well today it still wouldn't work and now I'm charged the late fee so I grab cash and go to the office forgetting that they don't take cash the lady was extremely rude and kept telling me I didn't even have a unit asked my name six times and finally she found me sent me the link to pay it so I go deposit the money back and try again and it does the same thing of saying try again, so I go racing back to store and make it there 3 min before closing and she has the door locked I knocked on door and asked her if she would run my card she said no, then I stated I'm going to get charged another late fee, she said idk wat to tell you, I'm so mad at this point that I'm willing to pay the 118.96 and I want my things out of there tomorrow I will go get another storage somewhere else that woman has no business in working with the public so im asking to please just take my payment amd let me get out of that place I have had problem making my payments prior to this online and for some reason I cant now amd she wouldnt do nothimg to help me get it paid.
Desired outcome: To take my payment and let me get away with from that rude lady
