Taco Bell

The manager erics was very rude I made my order online on taco bell app and they didn't have it and said they were closed at 3:57 am made order at 3:22 am. Very upset with service and the overall experience will not ever go back to this taco bell even as a dasher for door dash they lost my business. I might even file with the better business bureau.

On June 15th, 2023, we placed and paid for an order via the mobile app. When we went to pickup our order we were informed that they were out of beef. They refused to refund our money stating they could not do that with absolutely no other explanation. We have been sending several emails asking for a refund from anyone that would listen; however, we have been ignored. Please refund the order payment back to the card that was used to purchase the order that we never received.
